What "no KYC" means here

Exactly what we collect, and what we cannot collect

We collect

  • an email address for the order link and notices
  • the order itself: product, city, size, price, invoice ID
  • the connection details we generated for you
  • your IP, briefly, for rate limiting

We have no field for

  • name, address, phone number
  • identity documents or selfies
  • passwords or account recovery questions
  • card or bank details
Use an alias email if you like. It only needs to receive the order link once; renewal reminders go to the same address. The full list of what we keep and for how long is in the privacy policy, written to match how the system is actually built.

What a no-KYC host should also tell you

No KYC is not no rules. The Acceptable Use Policy is enforced, and abuse reports are handled quickly. Spam, attacks and illegal content get a network cut off from the internet, which would end the service for everyone. Privacy for lawful use is the product; cover for abuse is not.

We keep no backups of your data and storage is not mirrored. You confirm this at checkout. Back up what matters to you.

We are not a DDoS-filtered network. If you expect to be attacked, put a filtering service in front, or pick a provider that sells scrubbing.

Payments are final except where we fail to deliver a paid service. There is no card to dispute, which is part of why there is no account.

Your traffic is your business. We do not inspect the contents of servers or VPN tunnels. Like every host, our upstream carriers see packets flow, and blockchain payments are public on their networks. Monero is the exception, which is why many of our customers pay with it.

Common questions

Which coin is the most private way to pay?
Monero. The invoice is watched by our own node and view-only wallet, and nothing about the payment is visible on a public ledger. See buying a VPS with Monero.
Can I use Tor to order?
The site works over Tor. Some Tor exits are rate-limited by our checkout because of abuse volume; if you hit a limit, wait a few minutes or switch circuits.
What if I lose the order link?
Support can locate an order from the invoice ID and the email used at checkout. We cannot verify you any other way, by design, so keep the email.
Do you log VPN traffic?
No traffic or connection logs. Our access logs cover the website only, are aggregated for referrer counts and rotate within about two weeks.
